How It Works
Sensor Solutions by HSB uses advanced technology to monitor leaks and temperature changes, catching issues before they turn into costly problems. When an issue is detected, you’ll receive an alert so you can take action to fix the problem right away.
- Smart Sensors: Professionally installed, cellular-based sensors monitor for leaks and temperature changes — no Wi-Fi needed.
- Secure Network: Data transmits via a specialized network, reaching areas where traditional signals can’t, and continues operating even if the power goes out.
- Real-Time Alerts: Text alerts are sent the moment an issue is detected. For urgent situations, our Monitoring and Support Center calls you directly.

The smart sensor pilot program is currently available for qualifying Westfield policyholders at no additional cost for two years. Once registered and approved, you will receive emails from Sensor Solutions by HSB to set up your account and schedule installation.
